We all met on Tuesday 17th February at the Village Hall to discuss matters.
Refurbishments:
Steve (Chairman) is presently looking into the purchase of new carpets in the hall. We are also looking at improving the lighting in the bar area and possibly the rest of the hall. The Village Hall Committee will be purchasing concertina doors to separate the carpet area from the main hall so that there will be more flexibility with bookings and usage of the hall.
Bookings:
The WI have a Quiz night on 5th March
Twinning have a Wine Tasting evening on 12th March
The Village Hall Committee is organising an Easter Bingo in the afternoon of Saturday 26th March
There is no Bacon Buttie Brunch in March as it falls on Easter Sunday!
